The Cafe Florin collection consists of just
over 2250 rooms in 42 apartments, all available for holiday rent up to 30 days, all located in Playa del Ingles
We also have a number of clients who own apartments in and around the center of Playa del Ingles and who like to rent their apartments out for longer periods rather than short term lettings.
These longer term lettings tend to be for 3 to 6 months or longer

come sea views, it can depend on what floor you are on, however all come with with at least one pool and some have heated pools which is a plus on windy December night when the nighttime temperature is often around 15 °C, a considerable drop from the daytime temperatures of around 24°C

For those holidaying in Playa del Ingles it's useful to know that In general 45% of accomodation is rented apartments, 43% in hotels and 12% in Bungalows.
All are avaialble for short term holiday rental and longer term rentals, in some cases for annual contracts.
Whilst Las Palmas was found to be
"the city with the best climate in the world" everyone who lives of this Island knows that the real micro climate is in the south of Gran Canaria where it's dry and often 2-4+°C warmer than Las Palmas.
Whilst average temperatures are a guide, like the large digital temperature indicators found in Playa del Ingles at the beach and commercial centers, they are based on air temperature and are not what matters to holiday makers.
Direct sunlight is what matters, and most days it will touch 30°C in December, January and February
alothough it may be cloudy in the mornings the Sun usually burns of the clouds for the afternoons.
