A BIG hello to Eva and Ivor who are a young at heart couple in their mid sixties who look after the bar when Florin pops into the local supermarket.here in Playa del Ingles.
The Norweigens we know who visit us are are genuinely warm people who are slowly spreading the word to other people from Norway who visit Gran Canaria that there is always a warm welcome for Norweigen tourists at Cafe Florin
Between the two of them Eva and Ivor have slowly helped us build up our regular customer base to around another 6-8 Norwiegens who tell us they love our little Cafe Bar and intend to visit us quite often.

We fly the Norwegian flag outside Cafe florin and we have been officially adotped as the 2nd most popular Norwegian bar in Gran Canaria.
After Aguinagin, the largest Norwegian community on the Island we here in Playa del Ingles have we have been named by the local Norwegian community as their favourite drinking spot and christened the second most popular Norwegian bar in Gran Canaria

SOMETHING TO EAT
LATE NIGHT HUNGER
The Yumbo Center only has two places to eat late at night, even though the clubs go on until 6.00am, a Kebab shop next to Amigos or, newly re-opened a small Burger King, in the central park square ; neither are really good enough for a ten day event

People has to be top of the list, with more visitors to the southern most point of the Island than live on the entire Island Playa del Ingles see's hundreds of thousands

Late night hotdogs, chips, burgers, pizza fresh sandwiches while you wait real good properly made British tea and excellent coffees
We have tons of cold beers, wine and even a little "cheap champaign, cigertte machine all of which is onsale very late

Playa del Ingles is a Party town, so many folks breakfast a little later in the day, often sometime in the afternoon. From 10.00am onwards Cafe Florin will serve you up a full English with a mug of tea anytime of the day until closing time around 1

Yep, we get a lot of queens here, some possbile a bit royal too and all of them, with no exceptions say the soups florin prepairs are exceptionally good, and for just 3

Cafe Florin, Playa del ingles, has a variable menu reflecting the time of year and the time of day.
That said you can always have Coffee and Cakes, Tea and Sandwiches as well as Fabulous Burgers and "to die for" Pizza all prepaired to the highest cuisine standards
