We estimated around 520 parties!
Estimates of private parties were based on a random survey of visitors to the Island during the Maspalomas Gay Prides official week 2011, one in fifteen said they had an invitation to a party that week.
Private parties take many forms here, from terrace parties in apartments to pool parties in bungalow complexes, from bars to the beaches and on the streets in between
Maspalomas Gay pride is in the late spring and is the last big party of the main party and carnaval season which is from february to the end of May With over 80,000 visitors expected throughout the week and over 25,000 in he final parade day.
You might say to yourself "what is ome of those asked are going to the same party", to which the reply would be "yes one big one",enjoy!
